Privacy and lead data

A plain-English policy for discovery and pilot enquiries.

Percy’s Platforms asks for enough context to assess fit and reply usefully. This page explains what is collected, how it is handled, and how to request removal.

Data handling

Lead data is for enquiry handling, not resale.

The public site is intentionally limited to discovery and pilot intake. It does not run advertising pixels, sell lead data, or ask for production secrets.

What we collect

Discovery and pilot forms ask for your name, work email, company, role, team size, timeline, and the platform challenge you choose to share. The form also includes a hidden anti-spam field.

Why we use it

We use enquiry data to reply to you, decide whether Percy’s Platforms is a suitable fit, prepare a relevant discovery call, and maintain a basic record of pilot interest.

Where it goes

Submissions are handled server-side. Depending on the active deployment configuration, they may be delivered to a configured webhook or SMTP mailbox. Form delivery secrets are not exposed to the browser.

How long we keep it

We keep lead details only while they are useful for enquiry handling, pilot qualification, or follow-up context. If a discussion is not moving forward, the record should be removed or minimised during routine cleanup.

Your choices

Ask for correction or removal.

If you want a submitted enquiry corrected, exported, or deleted, email the contact address below from the same work domain where possible.

Contact [email protected] with the subject “Privacy request”. Include the email address used in the form and what you want changed or removed.

Do not include passwords, cloud credentials, production data, or sensitive customer information in the form. Use a discovery call to agree a secure sharing route if deeper technical evidence is needed.
